PRICING & PAYMENT

Minimum 7-night stay in High Season
CONTACT US ABOUT SORTER STAYS DURING LOW AND MID SEASON

  • To make a reservation enquiry, please check availability first in the calendar below.
  • On confirmation that your dates are available and that you would like to move forward with your booking, we will request an initial 50% deposit.
  • A refundable damage deposit of €300 will also be required, which will returned to you after inspection of the property at the end of your stay.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer.
  • Once we receive your deposit, we will send you an email confirming your reservation and detailing when the final payment is due, which is usually no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date..
  • Key instructions, directions, property information etc will all be sent to you 3-4 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain.
  • Prices are quoted for the entire house for the period booked and include pre-arrival & departure cleaning, towels & linen. We even have a selection of beach towels, if you want to pack light.
  • This house is for family or mixed adult groups over 30. We do not cater for groups of youths or hen and stag do’s.
  • Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere INSIDE the house and that pets are not allowed.

The house is fully licensed with the Spanish authorities  Tourist Licence no: VFT/MA/45023
